If, for any reason, delivery is going to take longer than 28 days you will be notified by phone, email or post. If items for the Fantasy Box you have ordered are out of stock and re-stocking is expected to take longer than two weeks you will be notified by phone, email or post.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the goods*. Returns should be made unworn and/or un-used, and in the original, sealed, undamaged packaging. *You DO NOT have the right to cancel if you have ordered a special order Fantasy Box or made-to-measure costume.
If you are returning goods you must call or email and ask for a return authorisation number first when you will also be given the address for returns. Returns made to the PO Box number will not be delivered and therefore not refunded.
Any goods being returned to us as part of your right to cancel must be done so at your own cost.

All damage or shortages must be reported to Sheila’s Comforts within two working days from the delivery of goods. Items found to have manufacturing defects must
be reported within 20 working days from delivery. If you are returning goods you must call or email and ask for a return authorisation number first when you will also be given the address for returns. Returns made to the PO Box number will not be delivered and therefore not refunded.

If you receive a delivery where the exterior packaging is damaged or has been opened, and/or re-sealed you must file a claim at the time with the carrier. The Company cannot be held responsible for any delivery made by a third party.
